Disneyland fight 7/6/19 breaking news update! The black family involved in the Toontown brawl have been charged with crimes!

Three black people have been charged for what prosecutors say were their roles in the fight at disneyland toontown 7/6/19. The video went viral after a Disneyland guest recorded it and posted it to social media for clout.

Avery Desmond-Edwinn Robinson, 35, of Las Vegas is facing five felony charges and nine misdemeanors for his role in the Disneyland brawl where he attacked his girlfriend, sister, brother-in-law and endangering four children, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office said.

Prosecutors said Tuesday, July 23, that Robinson threatened to k** members of his family as he drove out of the Disneyland parking lot and assaulted a Disney cast member with his vehicle after they were escorted out of the park by security.

“The Orange County District Attorney’s Office does not tolerate domestic violence or child endangerment anywhere,” Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer said in a statement.

Robinson is facing one felony count of domestic battery with corporal injury, and one felony count of assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury related to the attack on his girlfriend, prosecutors said. He is also accused of felony assault with a deadly weapon, two felony counts of criminal threats, five misdemeanor counts of battery and four misdemeanor counts of child abuse and endangerment at the fight at Disneyland Toontown 2019.

He faces more than seven years in state prison if convicted of the fight in Disneyland 7/6/19 crimes. He has been booked into Orange County Jail.

Robinson’s sister, Andrea Nicole Robinson, faces four misdemeanor charges of battery for attacking her brother Avery, his girlfriend, and a Disney cast member during the fight at Disneyland 7/6/2019 prosecutors say. The 40-year-old Compton woman faces one count of misdemeanor assault for attacking her brother’s girlfriend, prosecutors said.

If convicted, she could serve two and a half years for her role in the Disney fight.

Andrea’s husband, Daman Petrie, 44, also of Compton faces one misdemeanor count of battery for punching Avery’s girlfriend in the face during the fight at Disneyland, prosecutors said. He faces six months in jail.
